TSTT's local "800" service allows an organization's customers to call them free of charge. The organizations that subscribe to the service pay for all in-coming calls.
TSTT's International Inbound "800" service allows organizations in Trinidad and Tobago to own 1-800 numbers that will enable their overseas customers or potential customers to call them without incurring an overseas call charge. The organization (and not the caller) that subscribes to the International Inbound "800" service pays for all calls received.
TSTT's Pay "800" service allows customers in Trinidad and Tobago to gain access to 1-800, 1-888 and 1-877 numbers in the USA and Canada. A Pay "800" call costs $TT2.00 (Vat exclusive) per minute. When a customer dials 1-800, 1-888 and 1-877 numbers, the call is routed to an announcement advising that the call can only be completed as a paid call and that caller must redial, replacing the 800, 888 and 877 code with 880, 881 and 882 respectively.
