What are the new Call Master Packages?
The new Call Master Packages are new service offering that affords customers value for money as we package a collection of Call Master services at attractive prices to suit varying customer wants and needs.
 
What are the Benefits of Call Master Packages?
The package Benefits include:
  • Increased cost savings for the grouping of Call Master services.
  • A more personalized grouping of Call Master services that targets the needs of customers.
  • A dynamic range of Call Master Packages to suit your needs.
 
Who Qualifies for Call Master Packages?
Call Master Packages are available to Residential customers ONLY with Direct Exchange Lines. It is not available to Business customers nor to PBX’s or Key systems.
 
How can I subscribe for the Call Master Packages?
Subscription for the Call Master Packages can be done via telephone @ 824-TSTT (8788); or customers can visit a TSTT Customer Service Centre to subscribe for the package.

Features

Can I amend or remove any of the features not desired on my chosen package?
No, customers will not be allowed to amend or remove features of a chosen package. 
 
Can I add features to a chosen package?
No. Customers desiring to have features that are not provided by a given Call Master package can be accommodated and billed at the current existing rate.
 
Will my Quick Message Service be replaced by Voice Mail Basic with Voice Page if I took a Call Master “Plus” Package?
Yes. Any customer that presently has Quick Message Service, will have their Quick Message Service upgraded to Voice Mail Basic with Voice Page.
 
If I request the Personality Plus Package, can I request to have my MyCall numbers Unlisted?
Yes. Customers with the Personality Plus Package can request to have their My Call numbers Listed, or Unlisted at no additional charge.
 

Other Charges

With Call Forwarding, will I be charged the cost of forwarding the calls to another telephone number?
Yes. You pay the meter charges for each call forwarded from your line to the telephone number to which your call is answered.

Terms and Conditions Questions and Answers

Can packages be upgraded, downgraded or ceased at any time?
Yes. Packages can be upgraded, downgraded, or customers can move amongst packages and / or even cease the Call Master Packages at any time.
 
Is there a cost to upgrade, downgrade or cease packages?
There is no cost to upgrade or downgrade packages. A service charge of $12.00 is applicable for the cessation of Call Master Packages.
 
Will there be any contracts to sign?
No. There are no contracts to sign to subscribe for the Call Master packages.
 
Will customers, with similar services, be automatically migrated to the Call Master packages?
No. Customers that are interested in subscribing for Call Master packages will have to subscribe for the service.
 
What happens if a customer does not subscribe for a Call Master Package?
Customers that are not interested in subscribing for Call Master Packages will continue to be billed at all existing rates.

How will I be billed for the Call Master Packages?
Call Master Packages will be billed on your current monthly bill.
 
Is there a grace period, before which the service charge will not be applied for cessation of the service?
No. Customers requesting the service, and subsequently requesting to have the service removed will have the applicable service charge of $12.00 applied.
