The Repair Centre will service the needs of Customers who may have a defective Nokia Phone and would like their phone to be repaired.
SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE MRC
At present, the Repair Centre will be responsible for handling the repairs for three categories of Mobile Phones:
- Units Sold By TSTT, which fall into three broad categories:
- Units within the Warranty Period
- Units out of the Warranty Period
- Units that have had the Warranty voided because of misuse.
- Units NOT Sold By TSTT but Subscribing to the Mobile Service
- Units NOT Sold By TSTT and Not Subscribing to the Mobile Service
PROCEDURE TO HAVE PHONE REPAIRED
Customers may bring in a faulty phone to any of the TSTT Mobile Stores. A Work Order Form will be issued, and a deposit towards the service must be made. An agreement is then signed for receiving a courtesy phone. Once the phone is repaired and returned to the relevant TSTT Mobile Store, the customer returns the courtesy phone, makes final payment and receives the repaired unit.
