Port-of-Spain, August 18, 2026 – Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (“TSTT”) today announced a change in its executive leadership, with Mr. Keino Cox concluding his tenure as Acting Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Reza Hosein has been appointed Acting Chief Executive Officer, effective August 18, 2026.

Mr. Hosein is a seasoned telecommunications executive with more than 27 years of industry experience, bringing a strong combination of strategic leadership, technical expertise, commercial acumen and operational management. He has held senior leadership positions across several critical areas of TSTT’s business, including Technology, Residential Services, Wireless Solutions, Consumer Sales, Service Delivery and Assurance, and Customer Experience and Marketing. This breadth of experience has provided him with an enterprise-wide perspective of the Company and a strong understanding of the strategic, commercial, technological and customer imperatives shaping its future.

Mr. Hosein’s executive experience is underpinned by strong academic and technical credentials. He holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering – Communications Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of the West Indies. His career also includes five years of international experience with Lucent Technologies in the United States, where he worked in wireless engineering and professional services, providing exposure to global telecommunications technologies, complex network environments and international industry practices.

His immediate focus will be on maintaining organisational momentum, strengthening execution against the Company’s strategic priorities and advancing TSTT’s Telco-to-TechCo transformation, leveraging technology, digital capabilities and innovation to improve customer value, strengthen operational performance, diversify revenue opportunities and position the Company for sustainable growth in an increasingly digital marketplace.
