We are experiencing a technical issue that will impact your ability to access b-online and make payments at our dealer locations. Our IT team is working diligently to rectify the issue in the shortest possible time.

To ensure this issue does not negatively impact your connectivity, we have temporarily suspended disconnections until all systems are back online. If you’ve made a payment to your account and have been disconnected prior to this notice, please send an email with the account holder’s name, account number and a snapshot of the payment receipt to, or call 824-TSTT.

You can still make payments via the following channels:
• SurePay
• Bank transfer
• Western Union
